The entrance to IKIA Epsilon and IKIA Sigma is located at the back of the building along a short path between aromatic herbs thyme, oregano and rosemary. Unlocking the door, the gaze runs unobstructed throughout the ground floor with the seating areas, rests in the blue of the pool and ends up at the amazing view of the sea.
At the same time, the entrance to IKIA Alpha , located on the side road, arrests the vision with the imposingness of the almost floating iron staircase lined with solid oak steps before continuing its journey to the unlimited view of the wet element and the spectacular sunset.
On the first floor of the residences are the bedrooms, carefully designed to offer rest and relaxation to their users, as well as the bathrooms decorated with modern touches and equipped with linens and amenities, all made from natural materials such as cotton and herbs.
In front of IKIES 3 starts the new wide cycle path of Alykes which, through a wonderful route by the sea crossing Pefkakia and passing by important archaeological landmarks of the area such as the ancient shipyard and the ancient port of Pagasi, continues to the historic district of Palea and ends at the customs office of Volos and of course at its well-known beach road.

Our ecological houses are located 10 minutes away from the center of Volos. The capital of Magnesia is a modern city with great commercial activity and intense nightlife that combines mountain and sea. They are also only 17 kilometers from the enchanting Pelion with its traditional villages and amazing award-winning beaches. It is important to emphasize that for emergency cases, the “ACHILLOPOULIO” general hospital is 10 minutes away, while it takes 20 minutes to reach the airport of Nea Anchialos and the National Highway.
