The entrance to IKIA Sigma is located at the back of the building through a short path between aromatic herbs thyme, oregano and rosemary. Unlocking the door, the gaze runs unobstructed throughout the ground floor with the overnight areas, rests in the blue of the pool and ends up at the amazing view of the sea.
On the first floor are the bedrooms, carefully designed to offer rest and relaxation to their users, as well as the bathrooms decorated with modern touches and equipped with linens and amenities, all made from natural materials such as cotton and herbs.

The house exceeds expectations. Excellent moder and best quality. We reserved in the afternoon and received a huge gift basket a few hours later (cookies, wine, fruits etc). The whole house was shown and detailed and application & use. Internet free and full service. Each room has its own air conditioning. The pool is heated so that any weather can be comfortably planned at any time. The beach bar about 50m next to the house is ideally suited for families or to go swimming or sunbathing alone. Entrance free but consumption must be consumed there. (Very value for money). The city of Volos with the center about 10min drive away is beautiful with endless shopping or entertainment. Very value for money. For example, menu burgers with chips Coke 2.50€. Direct beach location. Lidl is also nearby as well as other shopping options.
The Villa's are superb and decorated extremely well and equiped with everything you can think of.
Het huis is fantastisch en de ligging ook. Veel leuke dingen te doen en ontzettend vriendelijke mensen! Voula is een super gastvrouw. Ze zorgden dat ons niks te kort kwam.Een goed gevulde koelkast bij aankomst. Wij gaan zeker een keer terug.
My family and I loved the property. Voula was an exceptional host, who assisted us with every detail of our holiday, from needing to buy a new suit jacket (I had forgotten mine for a wedding), to pre-purchasing baby milk for our toddler in advance of our arrival. Everything was seamless. We will 100% return. We can't speak highly enough of Ikies3.
