QUIET HOURS
Since you are in a residential area please respect the neighbors and do not make a fuss between 15.00-17.00 and 23.00-08.00 especially in the pool area.
This is provided for by Greek legislation
COOLING HEATING
In order to save energy, please do not leave the air conditioners on if you are away from IKIA for more than 30 minutes.
Additionally, do not leave doors and windows open when the air conditioner is running
HEATING, HOT WATER
During the winter, the temperature inside IKIA is kept at 21 degrees Celsius. If you want to change it, please use the up and down buttons on the thermostat to select a temperature. The IKIA has hot water 24 hours a day. In the rare event that this ends please allow 15 minutes in the water heater to reheat.
POOL RULES
The use of the pool for children is only allowed with adult supervision. The safety of minors is solely your responsibility. Always keep them in mind.
The water is automatically filtered within 24 hours. In the event that a strong wind blows and leaves dust in the pool, let us know and we will take care of the cleaning as soon as possible. Please shower before entering the pool.
LIGHTING
All exterior lights, including those of the pool and parking lot, turn on automatically once the sun goes down
EXTERIOR DOORS
You have the keys to the external doors of IKIA. Although we are in a secure area we advise you to lock the external doors during the
night Please do not throw anything into the basins!!! The sewage system of Greece cannot handle paper or garbage in the basin because this will block the sewage system and create a big problem for everyone.
CAUTION
No Visitors allowed.
No Parties allowed.

No Smoking allowed.
Do not throw paper in the toilet.

There are 2 pharmacies on the street in front of Nees Pagases Park, 3 minutes by car. The nearest hospital is in Volos, 7-10 minutes away.
